DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I have been living in a 2 bedroom apartment managed by this company and I have had an absolutely horrible experience. Maintenance is terrible. We have lost our hot water for days at a time more than once and it was almost impossible to get a hold of someone to come fix it. The maintenance contact never answers, you can't leave a message because his voicemail box is full, and if you contact the emergency number or the office, they will just page the same guy who never responds! They refuse to fire him because he was hired by the owner or some bull. The office is also run VERY poorly. They have a habit of sending notices and lease agreements with figures crossed out in ink or handwritten. All very unprofessional when it comes to lease contracts and other legal or contractual documents. I needed a piece of documentation for my employer who wouldn't accept a document with no date on it and handwrittin changes (hmmm probably not too much to ask) and the office refused to send me a new one claiming they don't keep copies on file. They have actually lost our rent checks more than once... and sometimes when we pay rent our checks won't be cashed for weeks! When we initially moved in they sent us a lease charging $150 more than what we had been told was the rent... its one mistake after another with these guys. I would NEVER rent from them again.
